In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, we're offering all customers a 'contactless' service for the foreseeable future.


Upon request, we can ensure that our staff and customers do not come into contact with each other at any point within appointments. This may mean texting or calling our team from within your building if you wish to communicate, or simply leaving our team to do their work without disturbing you. We can usually complete appointments without our customers present at the property, so, at this crucial time, we don't see any reason for face-to-face contact to be essential.
 
If you do not wish to switch your appointment to a contactless service, our team, by default, will be keeping a safe distance from each other and from customers as per government guidelines. We understand wholly the importance of social distancing and avoiding non-essential contact, but also understand that many individuals who are working from home or who are unable to work may fancy sorting that tree work that's been put off for months in order to make the most of this challenging situation.
 
This service applies to all customers and clients - commercial or domestic.
