AIR SPADE ROOT INVESTIGATIONS
For most of us it is hard to imagine why tree roots would need to be investigated, but it is a pretty common requirement. Sometimes required to de-compact soil, or allow the introduction of new top soil or fertiliser around the roots. Often themselves, keep you legally covered, to keep you and others safe, to meet the requests of your mortgage lender, or to move development planning through the application process. The consequence of ignoring potentially dangerous trees can be life-threatening, and potentially very costly. Yikes!
