The team at Bawden Tree Care are absolutely delighted to welcome to new apprentice arborists, Joshua and Ollie to the company. This development has arisen as part of our commitment to attracting the best new talent to the arboricultural industry. Both Joshua and Ollie will be supported both in the workplace with training and mentoring, as well as regularly spending time at Sparsholt College.

Director, Richard Stone commented: "I would like to personally welcome Joshua and Ollie to the company; I am looking forward to seeing them progress through their training and develop into arborists.  I know that the rest of the team here will support them fully throughout this process and help make their journey all the more fulfilling."

Bawden Tree Care Manager, Adam Doel will be helping Joshua and Ollie settle in over the coming months, with the assistance of experienced staff members who will take on the mentoring roles on a day to day basis.

The pair will start their course at Sparsholt College in the next few days, attending on a weekly basis with some added block release periods also being completed. We have been working with the college throughout the recruitment process.

Bawden Tree Care has employed apprentices for a number of years; whilst apprenticeships offers opportunities to motivated individuals, apprentices bring a fresh perspective and a willingness to learn, which re-energises the whole team. We employ apprentices in the hope of adding to our team, to eventually integrate them into becoming a key part of the business upon completion of their course. Following this, they can continue to develop their career further in arboriculture and tree surgery.
