Large Tree Felled
Following the felling of this large tree, we had to move this large piece of timber and clean the grass up afterwards. The stump was tidied up and left there; it was not requested that we ground it down. The timber was very wet initially, which was surprising given the dry weather at the time; it needed to be dry and seasoned before it was used. We did give some small pieces of wood to passers by who had fond memories of the tree and wanted a momento, which was nice.
