"I had got a couple of quotes from other tree surgeons and rang Bawdens for another. Emma booked us in for a quote in 2 days time and when they visited were smartly dressed, friendly and approachable, offering us helpful advice on what to do with our trees. Not pushy at all just gave us the facts and provided us with a quote later on via email that gave a breakdown of the works. We decided to go ahead with them as they were the cheapest but also the ones we felt happiest with. They managed to fit us in in two weeks time and although had told us it would be two days work the team that came had it all done in one day! The team were friendly and chatty and again offered us some helpful advice. They cleared the area after they'd finished and left it neat. We were very happy with the service provided by all the team!
