The team at Bawden Tree Care are absolutely delighted to welcome to new apprentice arborists, Joshua and Ollie to the Company as part of a commitment to attracting the best new talent to the arboricultural industry. Both Joshua and Ollie will be supported by Bawden Tree Care both in the work-place with training and mentoring as well as spending time at Sparsholt College on a regular basis.

Director, Richard Stone commented: "I would like to personally welcome Joshua and Ollie to the Company, I am looking forward to seeing them both progress through their training and develop into arborists.  I know that the rest of the team here will support them fully throughout this process and help make their journey all the more fulfilling."

Bawden Tree Care Manager, Adam Doel will be helping Joshua and Ollie settle in over the coming months, with the assistance of experienced staff members who will take on the mentoring roles on a day to day basis.

The two will start their course at Sparsholt College in the next few days, attending on a weekly basis with some added block release periods also being completed.  Bawden Tree Care have been working with the College throughout the recruitment process.

Bawden Tree Care has employed apprentices for a number of years, as well as offering an opportunity to motivated individuals, apprentices bring a fresh perspective and a willingness to learn which re-energises the whole team. Bawden Tree Care employs apprentices with a view to adding to our team and for them to become a key part of the business upon completion of their course, they can then continue to develop their career further in arboriculture and tree surgery.
